An old school kiwi bach nestled in native bush, the perfect place to relax and unwind. As you relax outside on the deck surrounded in native trees, you may be joined by beautiful native bird life including Tui, Kererū, fan tails and Kaka - you may even hear Kiwi or Morepork’s at night. During summer, you could head outside to the deck and hang out at the table, nestle into beanbags, get into the deck chair or go full on relaxation mode on the outside lounge or head to the beach which is only 2 minutes walk away. For winter, you could snuggle around the fireplace making s’mores, watch the multiple DVD’s on offer, play multiple games or lose yourself in the many jigsaw puzzles on offer. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the property. The beach has a kids playground. Great swimming with the in-tide or the chance to take a walk on the rocks around to Baddeldeys Beach at low tide. **Wireless is available and unless your phone is connected to Spark there is minimal mobile reception. You could choose to enable your phone to wi-fi calling or embrace going off-line for a while**. Local attractions: Tawaranhui beach is 11 minutes for swimming, walking, snorkelling and surfing. Omaha is 11 minutes away . Matakana is 15 minutes away so easy to go into the famous Saturday markets. Also close by is Goat Island, Pakiri, Point Wells and Leigh.
